Our external collectors are ready to go personally to the debtor's premises on your behalf. They go there to collect your money, to urge them to pay or to construct a payment plan together with them.
Vrydagh & Boriau works with collection consultants throughout the whole country, each of whom is responsible for his own region, and after years of experience in the field they know their area inside out. Today our collectors report on their interventions and the status of their cases via Internet.
There are a number of other investments about to be made to broaden their means of communication. They will soon be able to rely on a GPS system to help them reach their destination by the best route. This simplifies the planning of their work and saves them time. Soon all our external collectors will have a laptop computer. This will make their daily reporting via Internet even easier.

A couple of years ago, Vrydagh & Boriau started working with a data input unit in New Delhi, India --apparently a long way from home, but in reality no more than a mouse click away.
We work with them like this. From the moment that the post arrives in the morning, we start to scan in all the documents. Our scanning software can handle fast bulk processing. Once everything is scanned in and digitised, we send your data to India for processing. Thanks to the time difference everything goes like lightning. We send everything off in the evening and it is all back with Vrydagh & Boriau by the following morning, ready to be entered into the collection path. What's more, we can follow all the data input immediately online.
This outsourcing generates impressive cost savings. It's up to three times cheaper than paying for the same services here and this is reflected in our tariffs. Because our experience has been so positive we will, in future, be happy to offer this data processing service to our clients.
